Terms, Conditions & Program Policy
Read this before requesting a visit. Fly Before You Buy is a purchase incentive, not a service, guarantee, or investment program.
What the program is
A structured pre-purchase visit incentive.
Fly Before You Buy coordinates an accompanied property visit between a prospective buyer and a vetted Global Real Estate Pro affiliate. Participation is optional and does not create any obligation to purchase.
The program has two visit tiers — Essential (3 days / 2 nights) and Signature (4 days / 3 nights). Each tier includes a hosted itinerary of property viewings, area orientation, and a corporate presentation of the purchase process by the local affiliate.
You are responsible for booking and paying for your own flights, lodging, meals, transfers not explicitly included, travel insurance, visas, and any other personal expenses.
The affiliate is responsible only for the items listed in the written itinerary and program inclusions confirmed before you travel. Inclusions may vary by affiliate and market.
The incentive
The visit credit is conditional on a completed purchase.
If you purchase a qualifying property through the hosting affiliate within the timeframe and terms stated in your written offer, a portion or all of your qualifying visit cost may be credited against the final purchase price at closing.
- The credit is not a rebate, refund, or cash payment. It is a reduction applied to the agreed purchase price at closing.
- The exact credit amount, qualifying expenses, and property eligibility are set by the affiliate in writing before travel and confirmed in the purchase contract.
- No credit is earned if a qualifying purchase is not completed.
No liability
We are not responsible or liable for any purchase decision, affiliate conduct, or travel outcome.
Fly Before You Buy and Global Real Estate Pro are not parties to any real estate transaction, travel booking, or legal agreement between you and the affiliate. We do not hold escrow, transfer funds, or guarantee title, construction, delivery, rental yield, or resale value.
All investment, legal, tax, immigration, and financial decisions are yours alone. We strongly recommend that you consult independent legal, tax, and financial advisors in your home jurisdiction and in the destination country before signing any contract or transferring funds.
We are not liable for any act, omission, representation, or negligence of any affiliate, developer, agent, attorney, or third party you meet during or because of the visit.
Refunds & cancellation
Visit costs are non-refundable.
The program is an incentive offered to serious buyers. Because the affiliate reserves time, staff, and property access for your visit, any deposit, coordination fee, or qualifying visit cost you pay is non-refundable if you do not purchase.
- Ruling a market or property out is a valid outcome, but it does not create a refund entitlement.
- Flights, hotels, and other travel services booked in your name are subject to the cancellation policies of the airlines, hotels, and booking platforms you used.
- Rescheduling is allowed only with reasonable advance notice and at the affiliate's discretion.
Eligibility
Who can participate.
Participation is open to individuals who are legally able to enter real estate transactions in the destination market and who can travel under their own arrangements. The affiliate may require proof of funds, identification, or other documentation before confirming a visit.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a visit request for any reason, including incomplete information, inability to match a suitable affiliate, or concerns about the buyer's readiness to transact.
Changes
Program terms may change.
We may update these terms, the program tiers, or the affiliate network at any time. The terms in effect on the date you submit your visit request apply to that request unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
Questions about these terms?
Ask your advisor before you travel. Do not rely on verbal summaries — confirm credit terms, inclusions, and cancellation policy in writing.
