Standards

What an approved host must have.

The program only works if every visit feels the same. These are non-negotiable.

  • Licensed or legally authorized to broker property in your market
  • Owned or contracted inventory you can show on demand
  • A local team able to receive buyers at the airport and accompany them
  • Written purchase process, title path, and escrow or trust arrangement
  • Ability to honor the visit credit at closing, in writing, before travel
  • English-speaking senior advisor available for the full stay
