No. Fly Before You Buy runs across the Global Real Estate Pro affiliate network, so the same visit standard applies whether you are looking in the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Portugal, Florida, or Dubai.

Who pays for the trip?

Accepted Answer

You cover your flight, lodging, and personal expenses. Your affiliate covers the program itself: reception, ground accompaniment, transfers where included, property access, and advisory time.

How does the purchase credit work?

Accepted Answer

If you buy a qualifying property, your visit cost is credited against the final price — partially on the Essential tier, and partially or fully on Signature, depending on the investment amount. If you do not purchase, the visit cost is non-refundable.

Am I obligated to buy?

No. There is no purchase obligation. The credit is simply forfeited if you do not proceed. Many buyers use the visit to rule a market out, which is a valid and useful outcome.

Can I bring my spouse or partner?

Yes. Programs are designed for a buying party of two. Additional travelers can usually be accommodated — mention it on your request and your advisor will confirm.
